Who are they?
RollsPack is a leading Australian manufacturer of flexible plastic packaging products, with over 30 years’ of experience working in the printing industry. Working with the nation’s top brands has given RollsPack the edge over competitors in the market, creating the most sought-after solutions in flexible food packaging and promotional branding.
One of RollsPack’s primary needs for their new site was accessability of information. With such a wide range of services available, having an easily-navigable site, espeically for time-poor users, was essential. Each product page or description had to be accessible through one or two levels of menus, allowing each user to maximise time spent on the site, as well as find relevant information about packaging and promotional materials as easily as possible.
The final design made great use RollsPack’s aesthetics and imagery to achieve an easy-to-use, yet beautiful site. Each element was designed with accessibility and navigability in mind, without compromising on the functionality of the site. Contrasting colours of navy and white helped to highlight and divide the content, while the effective use of symbols helped to break up text and highlight the important information. H1 and H2 titles diferentiate the primary points from the detaled information, and the short scrolling length keeps the user engaged and interacting.
